How our courses work

1. Choosing a course

Click a course title on the upcoming events page to find out more about a course that interests you.

The Course Overview page includes a description of the course, the session start and end dates, the instructor's objectives for the course, and a list of materials included in the course.

2. Registration

If you have not seen our calendar of events, please take a few seconds to select a course you are interested in before you register.

Look for the ‘Register’ in the links by the course you are intersted in to register. Our full classes do not have register by them.

To register, click the Enroll or Register link next to the course session that interests you. If the registration page opens, complete the simple registration process and submit the form.

Note: A GGAM official will send you a confirmation once when you submit your registration information. Please check your email for registration confirmation and course details, which can take up to 24hrs or less.

3. Course sessions and lessons

A course session is the time period when a course is offered. Topics for a specific course are listed at the bottom of the Course Detail page. our trainings are delivered through PowerPoint presentations, video shows, simulation exercises and practices.

Once training sessions have ended, some course materrials may posted and accessible 24/7 on our website for about 2 weeks after the course end date.

4. Instructor

GGAM course instructors are subject-matter experts who enjoy teaching and interacting with participants. Among them are award-winning presenters, certified mediators, industrial relation experts, HR consultants and workplace professionals.

Click on the instructor's name in the Course Overview page to learn more about the instructor.

After course sessions, you can use the IM or email to get help from your instructor or meet other participants in our online conference.

5. Reminders

When you enroll in a course, you will receive an email confirmation that your enrollment was successful. We will also send you an email after the course session to give you details about how you can use our virtual club. Also, during and after enrollment, you can subscribe to our 'Monthly Newsletter' to get our newsletter which is read widely by several professionals.
